Meet the Plant Manager of our Ceiling Systems Factory

We’re proud to introduce you to Clint Nikkel, the Plant Manager at our manufacturing facility, where we are produce our hospital and clean room ceiling systems.

Clint earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University and is a licensed professional engineer. Prior to joining AJ, Clint’s extensive experience included more than 15 years in designing and overseeing the manufacturing of a wide range of ceiling systems and other HVAC equipment.

As Plant Manager, Clint has been instrumental in the development and ongoing production of our modular, pre-engineered, customizable ceiling systems – which drastically reduce costs and lead times compared to traditional construction methods. He oversees each step in the ceiling manufacturing process to meet our high quality standards, and to assure fast and trouble-free installation onsite.

Clint is passionate about the healthcare and critical environment manufacturing industries we serve, and takes great pride in overcoming challenges and solving difficult problems. He leads ongoing improvement efforts and focuses on expanding what our ceiling systems company can deliver. He is particularly proud of recent ceiling installations at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri and St. Luke’s Medical Center in Boise, Idaho.

In his spare time, Clint enjoys golfing, home brewing, live music, and adding to his growing vinyl record collection.
